Deadlines for BLAST Requirements
ORIENTATION (1 hour) - You must be oriented by Saturday, September 20th
TRAINING (3 hours) - You must be trained by Saturday, September 20th
TB TESTING - You must be TB tested by Tuesday, September 23rd
TB PAPERWORK - You must turn in your negative TB result by Friday, September 26th
FINGERPRINTING
- To be placed on time, you must be printed by Friday, September 26th.
There will be additional fingerprinting appointments available after
this date, however, this will cause a delay in your BLAST placement.
FINGERPRINTING PAPERWORK - You must submit your BLAST Fingerprinting Confirmation form to BLAST within two business days from the time you were printed.
REFERENCES - You must submit references by Friday, September 26th
